smartvisionでテレビを見ていたら・・

[質問] smartvisionでテレビを見ていたら・・

現在　ＷindowsXPを使用しているのですが、smartvisionでテレビ番組を見ていると、突然画像が止まり、青い画面（白い文字の英語で何かがたくさん書かれている）に変わってしまいます。
テレビの音声だけは聞こえてくるのですが・・・
何をしても青い画面のままなので、強制終了することしかできません・・・
どなたか、原因がわかる方、教えてください！お願いします。

あと、パソコンのメーカー・型番、smartvisionのバージョンを教えてください。

パソコンのメーカーは、ＮＥＣでＶＡＬＵＥＳＴＡＲ（ＰＣ－ＶＳ７００ＢＤ）です。
青い画面には、かなりたくさん文章が書いてあったんですが、どこを書いたら良いでしょうか？すいません・・・

出来れば前文ですが、真ん中辺りの*数字*から下を書き出してください。

やっぱり、全部書いてみます・・・

If this screen appers again, follow these steps.
check to make sure any new hard ware or software is properly installed.
If this is a new instllation, ask your hardware or software manufacture for any windows updates you might need.
If probrems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software,
Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, rstart your computer, preess F8 to select
Advanced startup options, and then select safe mode.

Biginning dump of physical memory dump complete.
Contact your system administrator or technical supporting for ther assistance.

マイドキュメント又はCドライブを開き「検索」をクリックし
「ファイルやフォルダの検索」でCドライブを対象に「atizdvag.dll」がどこに格納されているか調べてください。

では、見当違いかもしれませんが

でsmartvisionのアップデート（日付の新しいもの）をするか
smartvisionを入れ直ししてみてください。
